目的:研究扯根菜的水溶性化学成分。方法:吸附色谱柱、大孔吸附树脂等手段分离,理化常数、波谱数据和化学方法鉴定。结果:从水提取物的醇溶部分得到3个化合物,分别为乔松素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ),2,4,6-三羟基苯甲酸(Ⅱ),槲皮素(Ⅲ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ为首次从该植物中得到。

목적:연구차근채적수용성화학성분。방법:흡부색보주、대공흡부수지등수단분리,이화상수、파보수거화화학방법감정。결과:종수제취물적순용부분득도3개화합물,분별위교송소-7-O-β-D-포도당감(Ⅰ),2,4,6-삼간기분갑산(Ⅱ),곡피소(Ⅲ)。결론:화합물Ⅰ,Ⅱ위수차종해식물중득도。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Penthorum chinense.Method:Silica gel and macroporous resin were used as adsorbent for isolation and purification. The chemical structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical methods.Result:Three compounds were isolated from the water-extract of P. chinense. The structures were identified as 5-hydroxy-flavanone-7-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅰ), 2,4,6-trihydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅱ) and quercetin(Ⅲ), respectively.Conclusion:Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
