认为面向成本的设计(DFC)是指在满足用户需求的前提下,对尽可能降低成本的产品设计提供技术支持。在分析DFC中成本构成及其估算方法的基础上,提出了综合运用多种估算方法并与成本管理工作相结合的DFC的成本估算策略。运用人工智能技术建立了DFC的成本估算框架。框架采用多级多阶段结构并综合运用多种成本估算方法对产品全生命周期成本进行估算。

In this paper, we defined DFC (Design For Cost) as a design method which can provide the technical support in the product design for reducing the product's life cycle cost. DFC should analyse the components of product costing in the whole product's life cycle and give them evaluation, improve the product design which result in high cost in order to reduce life cycle cost. On the basis of life cycle cost analysis, we proposed that the cost estimation strategy should use many cost estimate ways synthetically and how the work will be incorporate with cost management. Furthermore, we set up a cost estimation framework by using AI (Artificial Intelligence). The framework use multi-agent structure to estimate life cycle cost of the manufacturing product.
