目的：观察新达罗(国产头孢克罗)治疗泌尿系感染的疗效，并与希刻劳(进口头孢克罗)进行比较。方法：95例泌尿系感染患者随机分为A组（50例）和B组（45例）。A组用新达罗胶囊0．25～0．5g／次，tid，疗程7～14d，B组用希刻劳胶囊0．25～0．5g／次，tid，疗程7～14d。结果：A、B两组临床有效率分别为90％和91．1％（P＞0．05），细菌清除率分别为87．8％和89．2％（P＞0．05），两者之间无显著性差异，且不良反应轻微。结论：国产与进口头孢克罗治疗泌尿系感染同样疗效显著，不良反应少。
목적：관찰신체라(국산두포극라)치료비뇨계감염적료효，병여희각로(진구두포극라)진행비교。방법：95례비뇨계감염환자수궤분위A조（50례）화B조（45례）。A조용신체라효낭0．25～0．5g／차，tid，료정7～14d，B조용희각로효낭0．25～0．5g／차，tid，료정7～14d。결과：A、B량조림상유효솔분별위90％화91．1％（P＞0．05），세균청제솔분별위87．8％화89．2％（P＞0．05），량자지간무현저성차이，차불량반응경미。결론：국산여진구두포극라치료비뇨계감염동양료효현저，불량반응소。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of domestic and imported cefaclor in treating urinary infections．Methods：95 patients with urinary infections were randomly divided to group a and groupB，The And B receive 0．25～0．5g dose of domestic or imported cefaclor three times daily for 7～14 days in both．Results：The effective rate for domestic and imported cefaclor ams were 90％ and 91．1％ respectively（P＞0．05）and the bacterial eradication rate for domestic and imported cefaclor were 87．8％ and 89．2％ respectively（P＞0．05）．No significant difference exists between the two arms with mild ARDs．Conclusion：Domestic cefaclor is as effective as imported one in treatment urinary infections with mild ARDs．
