目的探讨支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL)排出肺间质粉尘的可能性。方法采用偏振光显微技术和图像分析系统,评价染尘大鼠肺组织滞留粉尘的相对量。结果与非灌洗组比较,灌洗组大鼠肺间质内滞留粉尘量明显减少。结论BAL能够部分地排出肺间质的沉积尘。
目的探討支氣管肺泡灌洗(BAL)排齣肺間質粉塵的可能性。方法採用偏振光顯微技術和圖像分析繫統,評價染塵大鼠肺組織滯留粉塵的相對量。結果與非灌洗組比較,灌洗組大鼠肺間質內滯留粉塵量明顯減少。結論BAL能夠部分地排齣肺間質的沉積塵。

Objective To explore the possibility of removing the dust inpulmonary intersititum by bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL).Methods The relative quality of dust deposited in pulmonary intersititum of silicotic rats was evaluated by using polarizing microscopy and image assay system. Results In comparison with non-lavaged group, the dust deposited in pulmonary intersititum in lavaged group was reduced markedly.Conclusion BAL seemed to be able to remove the depositive dust in pulmonary intersititum partly.
