分析了温差贡献值法中参考物流的单位换热面积的费用、膜传热系数、温差贡献值等因素的变化对换热系统的公用工程的消耗量和换热面积的影响,并总结出可行的参考物流选取方法。还分别用单一夹点温差法和温差贡献值法对某常减压-加氢联合装置进行了优化计算,结果表明采用温差贡献值法比采用单一夹点温差法能获得最优的改造方案。

This paper presents the basic principle of the temperature difference contribution method,which can be used under the situation when the heat transfer coefficients vary drastically in the system.Based on this,this paper analyzes the effects of heat transfer coefficients,costs of heat exchange equipment,and temperature difference contribution of the reference stream on the heat exchanger network.Any stream can be chosen as the reference stream without affecting the optimal result if the temperature difference contribution of the reference stream is chosen properly.Furthermore,this paper proposed a method about how to choose the reference stream so as to obtain the optimum heat exchanger network quickly;a refinery-hydrogenation process is used as an example.
