目的:研究产科诊断超声的安全性。方法:用诊断超声照射早孕妇女子宫内的胚囊组织,照射时间长短不同,24小时后采取绒毛组织,测定绒毛细胞DNA单链断裂和双链断裂。结果:产科诊断超声照射10分钟以内,DNA单链断裂及双链断裂无增加,照射20分钟以上,DNA单链断裂和双链断裂增加。结论:诊断超声在产科应用于早孕时,应有明显的适应症,且使用最小剂量照射早孕胚囊。

목적:연구산과진단초성적안전성。방법:용진단초성조사조잉부녀자궁내적배낭조직,조사시간장단불동,24소시후채취융모조직,측정융모세포DNA단련단렬화쌍련단렬。결과:산과진단초성조사10분종이내,DNA단련단렬급쌍련단렬무증가,조사20분종이상,DNA단련단렬화쌍련단렬증가。결론:진단초성재산과응용우조잉시,응유명현적괄응증,차사용최소제량조사조잉배낭。
Objective and Methods:In order to investigate the safety ofultrasonic diagnosis,clinical diagnostic ultrasound waves were exposed to embryos in uteri for varying exposed time.Chorionic villi were extracted after 24 hours of exposure and analyse of single and double strand DNA chain were done.Results:The embryos exposed to ultrasonic waves for more than 20 minutes had increased single and double strand broken.No marked change was observed in the embryos exposed for less than 10 minutes.Conclusions:This suggests that ultrasonic diagnosis during early embryonic period be limited to cases with good indications and the time of exposure be reduced as short as possible.
