介绍了新疆宝浪油田H4三维绕障阶梯式水平井的设计和施工情况,重点分析了该井侧钻后的增斜段、两水平段井眼轨迹控制的工艺技术和钻井液体系,并针对该井水平段钻井过程中钻具摩阻和扭矩过大、钻压传递困难等难点,提出了相应的技术措施,为以后钻该类井提供了有益的借鉴。
介紹瞭新疆寶浪油田H4三維繞障階梯式水平井的設計和施工情況,重點分析瞭該井側鑽後的增斜段、兩水平段井眼軌跡控製的工藝技術和鑽井液體繫,併針對該井水平段鑽井過程中鑽具摩阻和扭矩過大、鑽壓傳遞睏難等難點,提齣瞭相應的技術措施,為以後鑽該類井提供瞭有益的藉鑒。

Design and operation of H4 well, a three-dimensional bypass staggered horizontal well which locates in Xinjiang Baolang Oilfield, are introduced in this paper. Well path control technology and drilling fluid system used in one building-up and two horizontal sections are mainly analyzed. The corresponding measures according to existing difficulties, such as excessive drag & torque in horizontal section, are taken, which is helpful to drill similar wells.
