以国产亚麻籽(低、中、高3种剂量)喂饲Wistar大鼠32 d,观察其对大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与总胆固醇的比值(HDL-C/TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白-B(Apo-B)及动脉硬化指标(AI)的影响,并与高脂饲料组和基础饲料组进行比较。结果,亚麻籽粉低、中、高剂量组的TC和LDL-C均显著低于高脂饲料组(P<0.05);中、高剂量组的TG、Apo-B及AI显著低于高脂饲料组(P<0.05),HDL-C/TC、AI显著高于高脂饲料组(P<0.05),而HDL-C则与高脂饲料组无显著差异(P>0.05)。提示富含α-亚麻酸的国产亚麻籽具有良好的降低血脂的作用,值得进一步研究和开发。

이국산아마자(저、중、고3충제량)위사Wistar대서32 d,관찰기대대서혈청총담고순(TC)、삼선감유(TG)、고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)、고밀도지단백담고순여총담고순적비치(HDL-C/TC)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)、재지단백-B(Apo-B)급동맥경화지표(AI)적영향,병여고지사료조화기출사료조진행비교。결과,아마자분저、중、고제량조적TC화LDL-C균현저저우고지사료조(P<0.05);중、고제량조적TG、Apo-B급AI현저저우고지사료조(P<0.05),HDL-C/TC、AI현저고우고지사료조(P<0.05),이HDL-C칙여고지사료조무현저차이(P>0.05)。제시부함α-아마산적국산아마자구유량호적강저혈지적작용,치득진일보연구화개발。
The experimemt observed effect of flaxseed on Wistar rats′ serum triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high-density-lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density-lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), Apo-B and atherosclerosis index(AI). The rats were divided into a lard group, three flaxseed groups(low, middle and high level) and a basal diet group. Thirty-two days later, significant decrease in serum TC and LDL-C were found in the flaxseed groups(low, middle and high level) as compared with the lard group(P<0.05), significant decrease in serum TG and significant increase in serum Apo-B, HDL-C/TC and AI were found in the flaxseed groups(middle and high level) as compared with the lard group(P<0.05), but there was no difference in HDL-C between flaxseed group and lard group(P>0.05). The experiment indicates that flaxseed rich in α-linolenic acid can be used to prevent and lower blood lipid, and deserves further study and development.
