目的：分析癫痫的颅脑CT表现，评价CT对癫痫诊断的临床应用价值。方法：对临床确诊的300例癫痫患者均进行颅脑CT平扫，少数给予增强扫描。结果：颅脑CT无异常发现203例，有异常表现97例，阳性率为32.33%，其中脑萎缩24例，脑肿瘤7例，颅脑发育异常19例，囊肿13例，脑血管疾病9例，脑软化灶7例，颅内钙化灶13例，脑囊虫病5例。结论：颅脑CT对癫痫有较高的诊断价值，有助于临床决定治疗方法。
목적：분석전간적로뇌CT표현，평개CT대전간진단적림상응용개치。방법：대림상학진적300례전간환자균진행로뇌CT평소，소수급여증강소묘。결과：로뇌CT무이상발현203례，유이상표현97례，양성솔위32.33%，기중뇌위축24례，뇌종류7례，로뇌발육이상19례，낭종13례，뇌혈관질병9례，뇌연화조7례，로내개화조13례，뇌낭충병5례。결론：로뇌CT대전간유교고적진단개치，유조우림상결정치료방법。
Objective：To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT in epilepsy byanalyzing the CT findings of brain.methods：300 patients with epilepsy were performed plain CT scanning,and some of them underwent additional contrast enhanced CT.Results:Of the 300 patients, 97 of brain were abnormal and 203 normal on CT scans.The positive CT finding was 32.33%,which included brain atrophy in 24,neoplasm in 7,cerebral developmental disorder in 19,cyst in 13,vascular abnormality in 9,encephalomalacia in 7,calcification in 13,and cysticercosis in 5.Conclusion:CT scan has great diagnostic value in patients with epilepsy, and is helpful to treatment planning.
