以k—ε双方程模型模拟车用柴油机涡轮蜗壳内的气体流动情况,以心形线拟合蜗壳的通流截面,和SIMPLEST算法对蜗壳喷嘴出口气流角和速度的分布情况进行了三维数值计算,并将计算结果与实测流场进行了比较,两者分布规律吻合较好。
以k—ε雙方程模型模擬車用柴油機渦輪蝸殼內的氣體流動情況,以心形線擬閤蝸殼的通流截麵,和SIMPLEST算法對蝸殼噴嘴齣口氣流角和速度的分佈情況進行瞭三維數值計算,併將計算結果與實測流場進行瞭比較,兩者分佈規律吻閤較好。

Numerical simulation of the three-dimensional turbulent flow field inside a turbocharger scroll is described and k—ε two-equation model is used to simulate the flow in the scroll.Cardioid is used to simulate the outline of the flow area of the cross section.The flow angle and velocity distributions at the scroll nozzle outlet are calculated with SIMPLEST method.The comparison between the calculation and experiment shows that the two results are in good coincide.
