以有机硅烷偶联剂KH—550改性后,采用索水、亲油及两亲性聚丙烯酸酯分别对二氧化硅进行了表面处
理,表征了其表面性质。测定了SiO2-聚丙烯酸酯乳液涂膜的附着力、冲击强度、硬度和柔韧性等力学性能,用扫描电镜研究了涂膜的形貌结构,结果表明:具有两亲性表面的二氧化硅在乳液中能同时达到良好的分散稳定性,以及理想的界面作用。

After being modified with KH—550, silica was treated respectively with hydrophilic, lipophilic and amphibious polymeric
modifiers, and the mechanical properties of coating membrane formed with polyacrylate emulsion such as adhesion, hardness, impact
strength and flexibility were measured. The interfacial phenomenon between the phases and dispersion of modified silica were investi
gated by SEM. The result shows that silica with amphibious surface is superior to any other one as filler for emulsion.
