建立了用DB-WAX毛细管气相色谱法同时直接分析酸性气体吸收液中二乙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺的分析方法。结果表明,方法回收率为98.07%~105.5%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~5.3%。该方法准确、快速、简便,分离效果好,可用于工厂常规分析。

A method for determination of diethylolamine(DEA) and methyl-diethylolamine (MDEA) in absorption solution of acid gases by capillary gas chromatography is described. It was operated at 220 ℃ on a DB-WAX 30 m×0.53 mm capillary column. The detector temperature was 350 ℃. Triethylene glycol was used as the internal standard and the correction factors of DEA and MDEA were 1.321 and 0.728,respectively. The relative standard deviation is 1.1%~5.3%(n=6) with 98.07%~105.5% recovery. This method has the advantages of accuracy, rapidity and simplicity.
