随着我国加氢裂化催化剂全面实现国产化,迅 速实现加氢裂化预精制催化剂国产化 成为当代一个重要课题。抚顺石油化工研究院根据当时现状和需求进行了高活性的重质馏分 油加氢精制催化剂的开发研究。通过对催化剂及载体的孔结构、活性金属种类、金属量及金 属分布、金属及载体的相互作用程度、成型等方面研究来提高催化剂的活性。催化剂经实验 室研制、工业放大、工业生产并在高压加氢裂化、焦化蜡油加氢处理和中压加氢改质装置上 应用。结果表明:研制开发的两代加氢裂化预精制催化剂的物化性质好、加氢脱氮活性 高、稳定性好,分别达到了当时国际同类催化剂的先进水平。实现了加氢裂化预精制催化剂 的国产化,并发展了我国在该领域的综合技术。

With the all-round nationalization of hydro cracking catalyst in China ,quick nationalization of hydrocracking pre-refining catalyst became an critica l issue. According to the current situation and need at that time, Fushun Resear ch Institute of Petroleum and Petrolchemical has conducted the research and develop ment in high active heavy distillation hydrorefining catalyst. The pore structur e of catalyst and support, active metal type, metal amount, metal distribution, degree of interaction between metal and support, forming and so on are studied t o enhance the catalyst physical and chemical properties and improve the catalyst act ivity. After laboratory research, industrial test, commercial manufacture, the c at alyst is commercially applied in high pressure hydrocracking unit, coke gas oil hydrotreating unit and medium pressure hydro-upgrading unit. Results show that c atalysts have the high HDN activity and good stability , and have reached the wo rld advanced level of the same type catalyst.
