Two-layer materials Rotor of centrifuge Temperature field Finite element method
在分析离心机转子系统传热机理的基础上,将双层材料的离心机转子温度场处理成求解二维轴对称稳态温度场的数学模型。利用四边形四节点等参单元的有限元方法,对该模型进行数值求解,得出了温度场的计算结果,并与试验结果进行了比较。对双层材料离心机转子温度场进行了传热特性分析。
在分析離心機轉子繫統傳熱機理的基礎上,將雙層材料的離心機轉子溫度場處理成求解二維軸對稱穩態溫度場的數學模型。利用四邊形四節點等參單元的有限元方法,對該模型進行數值求解,得齣瞭溫度場的計算結果,併與試驗結果進行瞭比較。對雙層材料離心機轉子溫度場進行瞭傳熱特性分析。

Based on the theory of heat transfer for the rotor of centrifuge made of two-layer materials,the finite element method of the isoparametric quadrilateral element with four nodes is used to give the numerical analys is for the centrifuge rotor temperature field by deal with it as 2-D axial symmetrical steady problem and the result is gained.Certain temperature values are compared with the experimental data.The characteristics of heat transfer of this kind of centrifuge are analyzed.
