碳纤维布作为高性能结构加固材料在国外土木及水工工程中已得到广泛应用,我国近年引进这门技术,广泛开展试验研究及应用工作。本文作者综述了这门技术在国内外土木工程中的应用与发展,并为这门技术在我国的健康应用与发展提出了几个观点。

As a high efficiency strengthening material，CFR has been widely used in overseas civil engineering projects．Recent year CFR has been introduced into China and the technology is widely studied and applied．The author generally introduces the application and development in China and overseas of the technology．Several points are pointed out in order to make good use of the technology．
