采用激光三维扫描方法,对树脂结合剂砂轮的表面形貌进行了测量。测量结果表明:砂轮表面形貌的形成,不仅与砂轮表面磨粒的突出有关,还受结合剂表面高度变化的影响。在表面形貌测量结果的基础上,对磨削过程进行了仿真,可以得到有效磨粒数占磨粒总数的比例,以及有效磨粒数在磨削过程中的动态变化过程。
採用激光三維掃描方法,對樹脂結閤劑砂輪的錶麵形貌進行瞭測量。測量結果錶明:砂輪錶麵形貌的形成,不僅與砂輪錶麵磨粒的突齣有關,還受結閤劑錶麵高度變化的影響。在錶麵形貌測量結果的基礎上,對磨削過程進行瞭倣真,可以得到有效磨粒數佔磨粒總數的比例,以及有效磨粒數在磨削過程中的動態變化過程。

In this paper, the surface topography of resin bonded grinding wheel was measured by laser 3D scanning. The results show that the topography is affected not only by the protrusion of abrasive grains, but also by the waviness of bond surface. The simulation of grinding process based on the measured topography was also performed, which revealed the percentage of effective grains and the dynamic change of effective grains' number.
