目的 观察谷氨酰胺(GLN)对梗阻性黄疸(OJ)大鼠肠道细菌移位的影响。方法 将实验大鼠90只,随机分成对照组、OJ组及GLN组,每组各30只,OJ模型采用结扎胆总管诱发,GLN组制作OJ后每天灌入GLN,动物处理8 d后观察3组肠黏膜组织学和DNA含量,肠系膜淋巴结吖啶橙标记菌试验。结果 OJ后8 d,肠黏膜出现明显损伤,DNA含量下降,肠系膜淋巴结吖啶橙标记菌移位率明显升高,应用GLN能明显减轻肠黏膜损伤,增加DNA含量,减少肠系膜淋巴结吖啶橙标记菌移位率。结论 GLN有利于维持OJ黏膜屏障功能,减少肠道细菌移位的发生。

목적 관찰곡안선알(GLN)대경조성황달(OJ)대서장도세균이위적영향。방법 장실험대서90지,수궤분성대조조、OJ조급GLN조,매조각30지,OJ모형채용결찰담총관유발,GLN조제작OJ후매천관입GLN,동물처리8 d후관찰3조장점막조직학화DNA함량,장계막림파결아정등표기균시험。결과 OJ후8 d,장점막출현명현손상,DNA함량하강,장계막림파결아정등표기균이위솔명현승고,응용GLN능명현감경장점막손상,증가DNA함량,감소장계막림파결아정등표기균이위솔。결론 GLN유리우유지OJ점막병장공능,감소장도세균이위적발생。
Objective To study the influence of glutamine on bacterial translocation of rats with obstructive jaundice (OJ). Methods 90 rats were divided randomly into three groups (control, OJ and Glutamine group)(n=30), OJ model was induced by obstruction of common bile duct. Rats in glutamine group were fed with glutamine once daily. The histology and DNA content of intestine mucosa and the number of E.Coli labeled with acridine orange in mesentery lymph node (MLN) were observered. Results There were obvious lesions in the intestinal mucosa and significant decrease in DNA content in mucosa (P<0.01). The number of E. Coli labeled with acridine orange in MLN increased significantly (P<0.01) in OJ group. Mucosa injury and the number of bacteria were reduced by glutamine. Conclusion Glutamine may help to maintain the mucosal barrier function and reduces bacterial translocation in OJ.
