采用室内模拟添加法和盆栽法分别研究了不同玉米品种对磺酰脲类除草剂的敏感性和磺酰脲类除草剂对敏感玉米品种苗期影响。结果表明:供试玉米品种对磺酰脲类除草剂存在不同程度的敏感性差异,该类除草剂ED50/50以上浓度对玉米苗期的根长、株高、叶面积有明显影响。

Using the method of modeling indoor, the sensitivity of different maize varieties to sulfonylurea herbicides was studied. In addition, with the method of planting in pot, the effect of sulfonylurea herbicides to sensitive maize varieties in seedling was observed. The results showed that there were different sensitivity to sulfonylurea herbicides among different maize varieties. The concentration of sulfonylurea herbicides in soil beyond ED50/50 had clearly effect on length of roots、hight of plants、area of leaves in maize seedling stage.
