目的 研究乳腺癌瘤内微血管密度(Intratumaral microvascular density,IMVD)和增殖细胞核抗原(Proliferatingcell nuclear antigen,PCNA)的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法对80例原发性乳腺癌的IMVD和PCNA进行检测,对有随访资料的57例患者用Logistic回归进行多因素生存分析。结果 IMVD和PCNA表达都与腋窝淋巴结转移及组织学分级密切相关。IMVD和PCNA表达之间也高度相关。临床分期、腋窝淋巴结转移、IMVD和PCNA分别具有独立预后价值。结论 用IMVD和PCNA来反映乳腺癌增殖活性和估测预后,具有重要的实用价值

Objective To investigate intratumaral microvascular density(lMVD) and the expression of proliferating cell nuclearantigen(PCNA) in breast carcinoma and their clinicopathologic significance. Method The IMVD and the expression of PCNA in 80 pri-mary breast carcinoma were determined by immunohistochemical SP method. The effect of common pre and post operative clinicopathologicfeature, IMVD and PCNA expression on 57 patients overal survival was tested by stepwise logistic regression. Results Both IMVD and PC-NA expression were closely correlated with axillary lymph-node metastasis and histologic grading. There was a significant positive correlationbetween IMVD and PCNA expression. The clinical stage, axillary lymph-node states,IMVD and PCNA were all independent powerful prog-nostic factors for these patients. Conclusion These findings suggest that the detections of IMVD and PCNA have considerable practicalvalue in reflecting the proliferative activity of breast carcinoma and evaluating the prognosis.
