对新西兰圈养鹿的钩端螺旋体病分组进行了初步的组织病理学观察.结果表明,许多肉眼损害与钩端螺旋体感染的间质性炎性细胞浸润有关.这些钩端螺旋体病鹿肾内有间质性肾炎、肾组织坏死、肾小管内蛋白质脱落并形成蛋白圆柱等特征性病灶.此外,在一些钩端螺旋体病鹿的肾小管中发现有大量的钩端螺旋体.

Renal histopathology associated with leptospirosis in farmed deer were observed.Histological examination showed that many gross lesions were associated with mild interstitial cellular infiltration characteristic of subclinical leptospiral infections.Some sections from culture positive kidneys contained spirochetes in renal tubules.
