介绍了为电动客车配套的阀控密封铅酸蓄电池的研制开发情况。采用含适当比例β-PbO的铅粉,并对α-PbO、β-PbO及游离Pb的比例加以控制;通过对和膏温度、固化湿度的严格控制,调节3 BS与4 BS的比例;采用多阶段极板化成工艺;通过更严格的公差控制保证产品的均匀性;主要部件包括槽、盖、隔板、极板、酸液密度及加入量等的精度均采取相应措施加以控制。电池检测结果,均匀性相对差值≤1%,耐过充性能良好。经48 h恒流过充后电池3 h容量较完全充电(16 h,14.4 V恒压充电)后电池3 h容量高出约5%~10%,密封反应效率均大于95%,荷电保持能力容量均在95%以上。

The study and development of lead-acid battery for electric bus were provided.The ratio of α-PbO,β-PbO and free Pb was controlled by using Pb powder with proper ratio of β-PbO; the ratio between 3 BS and 4 BS was regulated by strictly controlling mixing humidity and solidify humidity; multigrade plate formation technology was adopted; uniformity was protected by strictly controlling difference. The results show that the uniformity relative defference is less than 1% and the battery has good overcharged performance. The battery capacity at overcharged constant current for 48 h is higher about 5%—10% than complete charge, and sealed action ratio is more than 95%, charged capacity is more than 95%.
