研究了一种基于马尔科夫随机场理论的多时相SAR影像自动变化检测方法.研究的方法综合利用目标像元及其邻域信息,有效实现目标像元所属类别的判定.实验结果表明,基于马尔科夫随机场理论的变化检测方法与其它传统分割方法相比,充分考虑目标像元的空间邻域信息,能够有效减少漏检率,提高整体检测精度.

In this paper, a novel automatic change detection approach in multi-temporal SAR(synthetic aperture radar) images is proposed. This method mainly consists of the following two models. In model 1, a difference image is obtained by log ratio algorithm, and in model 2, a difference image is divided into three parts: changed, unchanged and uncertain. Markov random field which is used in multi-temporal SAR images change detection is feasible. This approach, unlike classical ones, spatial-contextual information in the neighborhood is contained and change detection results are much more accurate compared to classical ones. Experimental results from multi-temporal SAR images of some region of Dongtinghu Lake, Hunan Province, confirm the validity of the proposed approach.
