选用硝酸和高氯酸(5:1)混合消化液对水蜡树果进行消化,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水蜡树果中铁、锰、锌、铜的含量,原子荧光光谱法测定其中硒的含量.结果表明,水蜡树果中铁、锰、锌、铜、硒含量分别为86.65、19.33、23.80、12.11、0.037 μg/g,相对标准偏差0.75%~2.17%,回收率97.10%~103.28%.该方法快速、可行、精密度较好.
選用硝痠和高氯痠(5:1)混閤消化液對水蠟樹果進行消化,用火燄原子吸收光譜法測定水蠟樹果中鐵、錳、鋅、銅的含量,原子熒光光譜法測定其中硒的含量.結果錶明,水蠟樹果中鐵、錳、鋅、銅、硒含量分彆為86.65、19.33、23.80、12.11、0.037 μg/g,相對標準偏差0.75%~2.17%,迴收率97.10%~103.28%.該方法快速、可行、精密度較好.

The content of Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu and Se of Ligustrum obtusiifolium fruits digested by the mixed solution of HNO_3 and HClO_4(5:1) was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results showed that the content of Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu and Se in fruits of Ligustrum obtusiifolium was 86.65 μg/g,19.33 μg/g, 23.80 μg/g,12.11 μg/g and 0.037 μg/g,their relative standard deviation was between 0.75% and 2.17% and their recovery was between 97.10% and 103.28%. The determination methods have the advantages of rapidity, feasibility and accuracy.
