玻璃防护润滑剂是降低锻压过程中锻件与模具的摩擦、防止锻件表面氧化和合金元素贫化、同时隔离锻件与模具之间热传导的独特工艺材料.本文采用复合玻璃的设计思想,研制出了在850~1180℃温度范围内不锈钢锻造用玻璃防护润滑剂.采用试烧法研究了复合玻璃润滑剂随温度的变化规律;根据不锈钢材料锻造加热条件,测试了玻璃润滑剂在金属坯料表面的防护性能,并对复合玻璃润滑在不锈钢锻造变形时的润滑机理进行了分析.
玻璃防護潤滑劑是降低鍛壓過程中鍛件與模具的摩抆、防止鍛件錶麵氧化和閤金元素貧化、同時隔離鍛件與模具之間熱傳導的獨特工藝材料.本文採用複閤玻璃的設計思想,研製齣瞭在850~1180℃溫度範圍內不鏽鋼鍛造用玻璃防護潤滑劑.採用試燒法研究瞭複閤玻璃潤滑劑隨溫度的變化規律;根據不鏽鋼材料鍛造加熱條件,測試瞭玻璃潤滑劑在金屬坯料錶麵的防護性能,併對複閤玻璃潤滑在不鏽鋼鍛造變形時的潤滑機理進行瞭分析.

Glass-protective lubricant is a kind of proper material for reducing friction coefficient and isolating heat ex-change between forging and die, preventing oxidation and alloy-element leaning at the forging surface during forging and heating. Adopting composed-glass designing concept, a kind of suitable glass-protective lubricant for stainless steel forging at temperature from 850 to 1180 ℃ was acquired. By heating the composed-glass to high temperature, the changing performance of the glass-lubricant at different temperatures was studied. Based on the stainless steels heating condition in forging, the protective properities of the lubricant on the stainless steels surface was tested, and lubrica-tive mechanism for stainless steel forging of the glass-protective lubricant was analyzed.
