针对运输网络再路由问题,提出基于信息状态转移距离和时间约束的再路由策略.依据运输单元所处链路上的位置及其与发生毁伤点的关系,以运输运行时间最短化和信息距离最小化为策略,给出进行时和将来时两种毁伤条件下的再路由策略决策准则.在此基础上,给出实例分析,验证方法的有效性和实用性.

To solve the problem of rerouting strategy in a vehicle network, a new method for rerouting strategy based on the distance of information-state transition and time restriction is proposed. According as the location between transport unit and damage point, this paper analyzed the decision-making rules of rerouting strategy while the mutilation in present-state and future-state. The criteria based on the shortest running time of transport and the least distance of information-state transition (DIT) in strategy selection. Based on above, an example is given to illustrate the validity and practicability of the proposed method.
