双离合器(DCT)已被广泛运用于乘用车动力传动系统.然而,DCT系统中的低阻尼限制了对换挡过程中振动响应的衰减能力.扭转阻尼器常被用于被动地抑制传动系统的振动.本文阐述了一种新的抑制传动系瞬态响应的主动控制方法,该方法基于在换挡过程及换挡后主动控制发动机输出转矩来减少系统的振动响应.而对电动车和混合动力车则通过控制电机输出力矩来达到抑制传动系统的瞬态响应.由于没有因发动机点火产生的延迟,这种振动控制效果显著.仿真结果表明,发动机和电机控制都能被用来抑制动力传动系统换挡后的瞬态响应,并且电机控制的效果更优.

Dual clutch transmission (DCT) powertrains are becoming more and more popular in passenger car applications but their limitations still arise in the light system damping of the powertrain which limits the capability to passively damp vehicle response during gear change.The powertrain vibration is usually passively suppressed through the application of torsional dampers.This paper presents an approach for active suppression of powertrain transient responses.The approach is based on active control of the engine and clutches during gearshift and the engine manipulation post shifting.For DCT powertrains used in EVs and HEVs,where an electric machine is available the output torque of the electric machine (EM) is so controlled to rapidly suppress powertrain transients,reducing significantly the delay resulting from engine firing.Simulation results suggest that it is possible to suppress post shift transients using both engine and EM control,with the EM being more successful in achieving vibration suppression.
