通过种子乳液聚合法合成含氟丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,探讨增溶剂β-环糊精(β-CD)用量、引发剂过硫酸铵(APS)用量、反应温度、含氟单体甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFHMA)用量、乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)用量对单体转化率的影响。结果表明:β-CD的加入对单体最终转化率影响不大,且单体的转化速率随着β-CD用量的增加而降低;APS含量为0.6wt%时,所得共聚乳液转化率高,稳定性好;最佳反应温度为80℃;转化率随DFHMA含量的增加而逐渐降低。
通過種子乳液聚閤法閤成含氟丙烯痠酯共聚乳液,探討增溶劑β-環糊精(β-CD)用量、引髮劑過硫痠銨(APS)用量、反應溫度、含氟單體甲基丙烯痠十二氟庚酯(DFHMA)用量、乳化劑十二烷基硫痠鈉(SDS)用量對單體轉化率的影響。結果錶明:β-CD的加入對單體最終轉化率影響不大,且單體的轉化速率隨著β-CD用量的增加而降低;APS含量為0.6wt%時,所得共聚乳液轉化率高,穩定性好;最佳反應溫度為80℃;轉化率隨DFHMA含量的增加而逐漸降低。

Fluorinated acrylate co-polymer emulsion was synthesized by seed emulsion.The effects of solubilizer(β-cyclodextrin)dosage,initiator(ammonium persulfate) concentration,reaction temperature,amount of fluorine-containing monomer(dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate)and emulsifier(sodium lauryl sulfate)on the monomer conversation were studied.The results show that the β-CD had little effect on the final monomer conversation.The monomer reaction rate decreased with the increasing amount of β-CD.The obtained copolymer emulsion had higher conversation and good stability when APS content was 0.6wt%.The best reaction temperature was 80℃.The monomer conversation decreased with the increasing of DFHMA content.
