目的探讨居家护理对高血压患者血压控制及依从性的影响.方法以性别、年龄、高血压等级为配对条件,筛选80例(40对)满足配对的高血压患者随机分为居家组和常规组,每组40例.居家组给予程序式居家护理、常规组常规性社区护理,共干预6个月.结果两组患者干预3、6个月后降压效果及依从性差异均存在显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论程序式居家护理可提高高血压患者的依从性,促进血压的降低,有利于患者生存质量提高,同时具有可操作性与实用性,值得在社区护理中推广应用.
목적 탐토거가호리대고혈압환자혈압공제급의종성적영향.방법 이성별、년령、고혈압등급위배대조건,사선80례(40대)만족배대적고혈압환자수궤분위거가조화상규조,매조40례.거가조급여정서식거가호리、상규조상규성사구호리,공간예6개월.결과 량조환자간예3、6개월후강압효과급의종성차이균존재현저성의의(P＜0.05).결론 정서식거가호리가제고고혈압환자적의종성,촉진혈압적강저,유리우환자생존질량제고,동시구유가조작성여실용성,치득재사구호리중추엄응용.
Objective To discuss the influence of home health care on the blood pressure and compliance of hypertension patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of hypertention patients were divided into home health care group and routine group according to sex,age and the degree of hypertension,each group had 40 cases.Home health care group was given procedural home health care,and routine group was given routine community nursing for 6 months.Results There were significantly different on the effect of blood pressure reduxction and compliance between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The procedural home health care can enhance the compliance of hypertension patients,improve blood pressure reduxction,increase the patients'life quality.So,it is worth popularizing.
