目的探讨胆囊切除患者中的腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)与开腹胆囊切除术(OC)两种术式不同的护理方式及临床疗效.方法将胆囊切除患者分为LC组66例和OC组42例,根据两种术式的不同临床特点,分别对两组患者进行相应的护理.比较两组间护理方法的效果,如进食时间、肛门排气时间、离床活动时间、住院天数、镇痛泵使用等护理指标.结果 LC和OC两组手术相比,LC组可大大减轻基础护理负担,使护士有更多的时间与患者交流,满足患者的需求,提高了护理效率和质量.另一方面,LC是目前较为先进的微创手术,术后患者可早期离床活动,恢复快,缩短了住院时间,使患者能在家较快康复成为现实.结论 LC较OC术由于具有安全、组织损伤轻、出血少等微创优点,更符合现代医疗模式,成为治疗胆结石患者的首选方法,加上护士细致周到的护理服务,大大缩短了住院周期,对患者的完全康复起着重要的作用.

Objective To explore Nursing methods for laparoscopic and open cholecystectomies (LC and OC) and its efficacy.Methods The gallbladder resection patients were divided into LC group (56 cases) and OC group(42 cases).According to the clinical characteristic of the 2 different operations,nursed the patients in the 2 groups differently.The efficacies of the 2 groups were compared.Results Comparing with OC group,LC group had lighter basic nursing burden,gave the nurses more time to communicate with the patients,could cater to the pateints? need,and promoted nursing efficiency and quality.What' s more,LC is an advanced and minimally invasive operation.Patients had early ambulation after the operation,recovered faster,shortened hospital stay,allowed patients to recover at home t.Conclusions Comparing with OC,LC is safer,makes less tissue injury and bleeding,so it's more suitable fof modern medical mode and become the first choice for patients with gallstones.Coupled with meticulous nursing,it greatly shortens the hospitalization period and plays an important role in patients? complete rehabilitation.
