目的 探讨矢状窦、镰旁脑膜瘤手术治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析13例矢状窦、镰旁脑膜瘤患者临床资料.结果 全切除11例(Simpson Ⅰ、Ⅱ级),次全切除2例(SimpsonⅢ、Ⅳ级),无死亡病例.结论 良好的手术暴露、有效地控制术中出血、保护并妥善处理好上矢状窦和避免脑皮质损伤是提高手术疗效的关键.
目的 探討矢狀竇、鐮徬腦膜瘤手術治療效果.方法 迴顧性分析13例矢狀竇、鐮徬腦膜瘤患者臨床資料.結果 全切除11例(Simpson Ⅰ、Ⅱ級),次全切除2例(SimpsonⅢ、Ⅳ級),無死亡病例.結論 良好的手術暴露、有效地控製術中齣血、保護併妥善處理好上矢狀竇和避免腦皮質損傷是提高手術療效的關鍵.
목적 탐토시상두、렴방뇌막류수술치료효과.방법 회고성분석13례시상두、렴방뇌막류환자림상자료.결과 전절제11례(Simpson Ⅰ、Ⅱ급),차전절제2례(SimpsonⅢ、Ⅳ급),무사망병례.결론 량호적수술폭로、유효지공제술중출혈、보호병타선처리호상시상두화피면뇌피질손상시제고수술료효적관건.
Objective To review the experience with surgical removal of meningiomas in the falx cerebri and sagittal sinuses.Methods Thirteen patients with meningiomas in the falx cerebri and sagittal sinuses were retrospectively analyzed.Results Tumors in eleven patients were totally removed( Simpson Grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ ),while in two patients they were subtotally resected( Simpson Grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ ).After operations,no patient died.Conclusion Adequate surgical exposure,efficient management of operative bleeding,protection and replacement of the sagittalsinus,and avoidence of damage to the brain tissues were the key factors to improve operative effect.
