目的 探讨应用中药治疗原发性高血压病的过程中果蔬的作用.方法 将326例原发性高血压病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用中药治疗,治疗组在中药治疗的基础上应用果蔬作为辅助治疗;对两组患者的临床有效率,血压下降水平,血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇和LDL-C的下降水平,HDL-C的升高水平以及患者的疗效满意程度进行比较.结果 治疗组的总有效率为91.41%,对照组的总有效率73.01%,两组间差异具有显著性(x2=21.47,P<0.05);治疗组较对照组血压下降明显,LDL-C的下降较对照组明显,HDL-C的升高较对照组明显,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组疗效的满意程度显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性(x2=8.31,P<0.05).结论 原发性高血压病在应用中药治疗的基础上合理应用果蔬,疗效明显,值得临床推广和进一步研究.

Objective To explore the role of fruits and vegetables in the treatment of essential hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 326 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and the treatment group received adjunctive therapy with fruits and vegetables in addition to traditional Chinese medicine.The effectiveness rate,decreased levels of blood pressure,serum triglycerides,total cholesterol and LDL-C,elevated levels of HDL-C,and satisfaction of efficacy in patients were compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate differed significantly between the study group and the control group ( 91.41% vs.73.01%; x 2=21.47,P < 0.05 ).The decreases in blood pressure and LDL-C level and the increase in HDL-C were more significant in the study group than in the control group ( P < 0.05 ).There was a statistical difference in satisfaction of efficacy between the two groups ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusions The use of fruits and vegetables as an adjunctive therapy on the basis of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine is efficacious and is worth popularizing and further studying.
