合成了两个含有喹吖啶单元的三价钴配合物,并用元素分析、核磁和质谱作了表征,用吸收光谱、荧光光谱、圆二色谱和黏度法等手段研究了上述配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用.实验结果表明,所合成的配合物很可能以典型的插入模式与DNA相结合.
閤成瞭兩箇含有喹吖啶單元的三價鈷配閤物,併用元素分析、覈磁和質譜作瞭錶徵,用吸收光譜、熒光光譜、圓二色譜和黏度法等手段研究瞭上述配閤物與小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用.實驗結果錶明,所閤成的配閤物很可能以典型的插入模式與DNA相結閤.

Two Co( Ⅲ ) complexes 1 and 2 containing quinacridine units were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR and MS spectra. The interaction of the complexes with calf thymus DNA was studied by means of electronic absorbance, flurescence spectra, circular dichroic spectra, and viscosity experiments, etc. All the results indicate that the complexes perhaps interact with DNA by classical intercalation model.
