在新时代背景下,以主体性为哲学基础的传统“主我式”高职德育范式陷入困境,遭遇尴尬。只有从主体性走向主体间性,实现高职德育目标从物化到人本的转换,德育内容从唯理性、泛政治化到生活化的转换,德育过程从外施性、专修性到内化性、整体性的转换,德育评价从重“鉴定”到重“发展”的转换,才能重构“他我式”高职德育范式,开创高职德育工作的新局面。
在新時代揹景下,以主體性為哲學基礎的傳統“主我式”高職德育範式陷入睏境,遭遇尷尬。隻有從主體性走嚮主體間性,實現高職德育目標從物化到人本的轉換,德育內容從唯理性、汎政治化到生活化的轉換,德育過程從外施性、專脩性到內化性、整體性的轉換,德育評價從重“鑒定”到重“髮展”的轉換,纔能重構“他我式”高職德育範式,開創高職德育工作的新跼麵。
재신시대배경하,이주체성위철학기출적전통“주아식”고직덕육범식함입곤경,조우감개。지유종주체성주향주체간성,실현고직덕육목표종물화도인본적전환,덕육내용종유이성、범정치화도생활화적전환,덕육과정종외시성、전수성도내화성、정체성적전환,덕육평개종중“감정”도중“발전”적전환,재능중구“타아식”고직덕육범식,개창고직덕육공작적신국면。
In the new era when China is undergoing a profound and dramatic transformation in its socio-economic development, the current traditional subjectivity-based moral education paradigm in higher vocational colleges is confronted with many problems that call for urgent resolution. It is then proposed in this paper that only when the current moral education paradigm for higher vocational colleges is inter-subjectivity-based will it be possible for the paradigm itself to be reconstructed and improved.
