西南科技大学污水处理厂采用LIER-POOLKⅡ工艺,控制系统采用集散型可扩展的数据采集和监控系统,由在线仪表采集各相关工艺参数,通过通讯网络传送至中控室,再由中央监控系统对采集的数据进行分析、处理、存储,对各类工艺参数做出趋势线.下位机采用Siemens的s7-300PLC,上位机采用的是Siemens winCC5.0,上下位机进行数据共享、信息交流,使污水处理实现自动化生产.

The sewage treatment plant in southwest university of science and technology adopts LIER-POOLK II. The distributed control system is used to expand the data acquisition and control system.The relevant parameters are collected by the on-line instruments and transmitted to the control center through the communication network,then the central control system is used for data analysis, processing, storage,ardwing trend lines of various parameters.Hypogynous machine adopted Siemens s7-300PLC, epigynous machine used the Siemens winCC5.0.The data sharing and information exchange are implemented between machines,and the automatic production of sewage treatment is realized.
