化学铣切是一种能使表面形状复杂、加工精度要求高的零件达到加工要求的表面处理方法.阐述了钛合金化学铣切的反应机理,对钛合金化学铣切的工艺过程以及影响因素,如零部件的表面清冼、防护层的涂覆、刻型等进行了探讨.钛合金零件的表面清洗一般采取用浸渍有机溶剂的棉布擦洗和热碱洗的方法.化铣保护涂层除了应具有良好的附着力和耐蚀性外,还应具有良好的可剥性以及与化铣溶液的配套性.在化学腐蚀过程中,除了要防止产生小孔和形成粗糙的表面外,还要防止材料发生氢脆.此外,还对化学铣切液各成分的作用以及化学铣切对表面粗糙度的影响进行了讨论.

Chemical milling is a surface processing method which can make the parts which have complicated surface and limited roughness achieve the processing requirements. The reaction mechanism of titanium alloy chemical miling was described. The process of chemical milling for titannium alloy and the influencing facts that consisted of surface cleaning, coatings and notch were discussed. The surface cleaning of the titannium alloy parts generally used cotton cloth dipped organic solvent or thermal alkali. Beside the adhension and corosion resistance,the protective coatings should have the performance of easy being stripped and matching with the chemical milling solution. In the process of chemical corrosion, the pinhole, the hydrogen embrittlement and the coarse surface of the titannium alloy should be prevented. The effects of ingredients on the chemical milling electrolyte and the effects of roughness for the chemical miling were also described.
