为了确定水菖蒲活性成分β-细辛醚对赤拟谷盗的熏蒸效果,采用密封熏蒸方法测定了β-细辛醚对赤拟谷盗幼虫、蛹和成虫的熏蒸作用.结果表明:β-细辛醚对赤拟谷盗3种虫态均有一定的熏蒸作用,且对赤拟谷盗低龄幼虫的熏蒸效果要比高龄幼虫明显;当β-细辛醚熏蒸浓度为200μL/L时,熏蒸48 h后蛹的校正死亡率为34.32%;β-细辛醚对赤拟谷盗成虫熏蒸120 h后的LC50为116.48μL/L.
為瞭確定水菖蒲活性成分β-細辛醚對赤擬穀盜的熏蒸效果,採用密封熏蒸方法測定瞭β-細辛醚對赤擬穀盜幼蟲、蛹和成蟲的熏蒸作用.結果錶明:β-細辛醚對赤擬穀盜3種蟲態均有一定的熏蒸作用,且對赤擬穀盜低齡幼蟲的熏蒸效果要比高齡幼蟲明顯;噹β-細辛醚熏蒸濃度為200μL/L時,熏蒸48 h後蛹的校正死亡率為34.32%;β-細辛醚對赤擬穀盜成蟲熏蒸120 h後的LC50為116.48μL/L.

The fumigant toxicity of β-asarone extracted from Acorus calamus L. against Tribolium castaneum Herbst during the immature, adult and pupal stages were studied. The results showed that β-asarone had fumigant toxicity to T. castaneum during all the three stages. The fumigant activity to the younger larva was more significant than to the older larva. After being treated for 48 hours at 200 μL/Lconcentration,34. 32% of the T. castaneum pupa were dead. After being treated with β-asarone for 120 hours, the LC50 for T. castaneum adult was 116.48 μL/L.
