目的探讨急诊动脉出血性疾病的介入治疗方法及其应用价值.方法回顾性分析60例急性动脉出血疾病患者资料.患者均经血管造影明确出血部位,给予相应介入治疗.结果 60例急性动脉出血性疾病患者全部止血成功,经3～5 d连续观察,其中3例肺咯血患者复发.经过第2次栓塞治疗后止血成功.结论急诊介入治疗能准确及时地发现出血部位,止血效果明显,是诊断和治疗动脉出血性疾病的重要方法之一.

Objective To evaluate the interventional management of arterial embolism in acute hemorrhagic disease and the application value.Methods 60 cases with acute arterial hemorrhagic disease were retrospectively an-alyzed.The sites of hemorrhage were verified by selective angiography and were treated with percutaneous transarterial embolization.Results The bleeding of all the 60 patients was stopped in 3 to 5 days, 3 patients with bronchiectasis were recurred after operation,which were treated with second interventional therapy.Conclusion Emergency inter-ventional therapy was a reliable and safe method to treat arterial hemorrhagic disease.
