目的 探讨脓疱性银屑病和寻常性银屑病患者皮损组织及外周血粒-单核巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)表达的变化.方法 免疫组化法和双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测脓疱性银屑病和寻常性银屑病患者皮损组织和外周血中GM-CSF表达水平,并与正常人进行比较.结果 与正常人对照组相比,脓疱性银屑病组和寻常性银屑病组皮损组织中GM-CSF表达均增高(P< 0.01),且脓疱性银屑病组皮损组织中GM-CSF表达高于寻常性银屑病组(P<0.01).与正常人对照组相比,脓疱性银屑病组和寻常性银屑病组外周血中GM-CSF含量均升高(P<0.01),且脓疱性银屑病组外周血中GM-CSF水平高于寻常性银屑病组(P<0.01).结论 GM-CSF可能参与银屑病的发病.
目的 探討膿皰性銀屑病和尋常性銀屑病患者皮損組織及外週血粒-單覈巨噬細胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)錶達的變化.方法 免疫組化法和雙抗體夾心酶聯免疫吸附法(ELISA)分彆檢測膿皰性銀屑病和尋常性銀屑病患者皮損組織和外週血中GM-CSF錶達水平,併與正常人進行比較.結果 與正常人對照組相比,膿皰性銀屑病組和尋常性銀屑病組皮損組織中GM-CSF錶達均增高(P< 0.01),且膿皰性銀屑病組皮損組織中GM-CSF錶達高于尋常性銀屑病組(P<0.01).與正常人對照組相比,膿皰性銀屑病組和尋常性銀屑病組外週血中GM-CSF含量均升高(P<0.01),且膿皰性銀屑病組外週血中GM-CSF水平高于尋常性銀屑病組(P<0.01).結論 GM-CSF可能參與銀屑病的髮病.
목적 탐토농포성은설병화심상성은설병환자피손조직급외주혈립-단핵거서세포집락자격인자(GM-CSF)표체적변화.방법 면역조화법화쌍항체협심매련면역흡부법(ELISA)분별검측농포성은설병화심상성은설병환자피손조직화외주혈중GM-CSF표체수평,병여정상인진행비교.결과 여정상인대조조상비,농포성은설병조화심상성은설병조피손조직중GM-CSF표체균증고(P< 0.01),차농포성은설병조피손조직중GM-CSF표체고우심상성은설병조(P<0.01).여정상인대조조상비,농포성은설병조화심상성은설병조외주혈중GM-CSF함량균승고(P<0.01),차농포성은설병조외주혈중GM-CSF수평고우심상성은설병조(P<0.01).결론 GM-CSF가능삼여은설병적발병.
Objective To investigate the expression of granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF)in skin lesions and sera of patients with pustular psoriasis and psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Tissue specimens were obtained from the lesions of 15 patients with pustular psoriasis,15 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 15 normal human controls.Immunohistochemistry and dual antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)were carried out to detect the levels of GM-CSF in the tissue and serum specimens from the patients and normal human controls,respectively.Results Significantly higher levels of GM-CSF were observed in the tissue and serum specimens from patients with pustular psoriasis and psoriasis vulgaris compared with the normal controls(all P < 0.01),as well as in those from the patients with pustular psoriasis compared with the patients with psoriasis vulgaris(both P < 0.01).Conclusion GM-CSF may be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
