通过对以二硫化碳和氨水为原料常压合成硫氰酸铵系统单个乳化剂和复合乳化剂对反应时间产生的影响的实验室研究,确定了复合乳化剂的最佳组成:OP-7 41.2%,EL-20 17.6%,S-20 41.2%.用乳化新工艺常压合成硫氰酸铵与不用乳化剂相比,可使平均反应时间下降72.7%,同时使平均收率提高7.5%.

This paper studied mainly the effects of a single emulsifier and complex emulsifiers on the reaction time during the synthesis of anmonium thiocyanate from CS2 and NH3 at the ordinary pressure. The best compositon of complex emulsifier has been determined: OP-7 41.2%, EL-20 17. 6%, S-20 41.2%. By means of this method,the reaction time can be shortened by 72.7% compared with no emulsifier,and the yield will be raised by 7.5%.
