针对有高延展性的韧性薄膜和丝、片状塑料的破碎原理和机械结构进行了研究和设计.采用高速剪切方式破碎,设计定刀、动刀的水冷却系统,避免了塑料膜的牯刀问题.采用气流吸送系统,使破碎室处于负压状态,处理料容易喂人,破碎料容易穿过筛孔,粉尘不会外逸,有效解决了进排料不畅和粉尘污染问题,同时对刀片也起到冷却作用.

The smash principle of piece and silk like plastic film with high ductibility is analyzed and the mechanical structure of smashing machine are designed.The film is smashed by cutting with high speed: a cooling system is designed for the static and moving cutting blades.The vacuum suction system is designed for the delivery system to make the smashing chamber under the vacuum pressure,the untreated material is easy to feed and the treated material is easy to pass the sieve,the dust will not go out.This design settles the feeding and discharging of the material and the pollution of the dust,it is also good for the cooling of the cutting blades.
