随着小型及微型件电阻点焊技术的广泛应用,对焊接输出的精确性、实时性和稳定性提出了更高要求.采用基于TMS320F2812型DSP与μC/OS-Ⅱ的占先式嵌入式控制系统,结合中频逆变技术,实现了逆变电阻点焊电源的数字化控制,进一步提高了系统的可靠性和动态响应能力.实验证明,嵌入式控制系统达到了很好的恒流控制效果,并且输出电流可根据工艺要求进行波形控制,研制的嵌入式数字化精密逆变电阻点焊电源在焊接微型件方面取得了较好的效果.

With the widely application of the precise resistance spot welding for small scale workpiece,the output waveform of the spot welding inverter must be much more refined,precise and stable.The high frequency inverting technology and the DSP-based prior embedded control system are adopted to realize the digital control of the resistance spot welding power source,the reliability and dynamic response eapabihty of the system are improved.A series of experiments using the power source are carried out, and the results proved that the embedded control system achieve higher accuracy for constant current output.According to different spot welding technology,the precise power source can deliver special and complex current waveform by accurate control of current effective value.The tests results prove that the precise power source can be used in precise spot welding for small scale workpiece.
