目的 探讨鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术(nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy,NESDCR)联合泪囊支架置入术出现局部反应的原因、临床表现及治疗方法 .方法 对45例(45眼)采用NES-DCR联合泪囊支架置入术,1月后取出支架,术后随访半年至1年.结果 45例,治愈39例,好转4例,有效率95.56％.出现炎症反应5例,占11.11％.结论 泪囊支架运用于NES-DCR术可提高造孔的成功率,但也出现了局部反应,对手术操作,鼻腔的消毒,脓液的清理,术后的用药,泪囊支架的材料也提出了更高的要求.
目的 探討鼻內鏡下淚囊鼻腔吻閤術(nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy,NESDCR)聯閤淚囊支架置入術齣現跼部反應的原因、臨床錶現及治療方法 .方法 對45例(45眼)採用NES-DCR聯閤淚囊支架置入術,1月後取齣支架,術後隨訪半年至1年.結果 45例,治愈39例,好轉4例,有效率95.56％.齣現炎癥反應5例,佔11.11％.結論 淚囊支架運用于NES-DCR術可提高造孔的成功率,但也齣現瞭跼部反應,對手術操作,鼻腔的消毒,膿液的清理,術後的用藥,淚囊支架的材料也提齣瞭更高的要求.
목적 탐토비내경하루낭비강문합술(nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy,NESDCR)연합루낭지가치입술출현국부반응적원인、림상표현급치료방법 .방법 대45례(45안)채용NES-DCR연합루낭지가치입술,1월후취출지가,술후수방반년지1년.결과 45례,치유39례,호전4례,유효솔95.56％.출현염증반응5례,점11.11％.결론 루낭지가운용우NES-DCR술가제고조공적성공솔,단야출현료국부반응,대수술조작,비강적소독,농액적청리,술후적용약,루낭지가적재료야제출료경고적요구.
Objective To discuss the cause,clinical feature and treatment of the postoperative inflammatory reaction after transnasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy ( NES-DCR ) combined with lacrimal stent implantation.Methods There were 45 cases (45 eyes ) with NES-DCR combined with lacrimal stent implantation.The stent was taken out one month after the operation.They were followed-up for half an year to 1 year.Results In 45 eyes,39 eyes were cured,4 eyes improved,the efficiency was 95.56％,Inflammatory response occurs in 5 cases,accounting for 11.11％.Conclusion Lacrimal stent used in NES-DCR technique can improve the pore success rate,but also appeared in inflammatory response.Surgical operation,the nasal cavity disinfection,clean-up of pus,postoperative medication,lacrimal stent material also put forward higher requirements.
