目的 比较带锁髓内钉和钢板内固定手术治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析172例胫骨骨折手术病例,按术式不同分为带锁髓内钉组(86例)和匹配钢板内固定组(86例),根据临床观察,结合X线片,按Gohner-Wruh评分标准,对两组疗效及其并发症进行比较.结果 带锁髓内钉组骨痂出现时间、愈合时间显著缩短,优良率显著提高,软组织感染、皮肤坏死、延迟愈合、骨不连和畸形愈合等并发症显著降低.结论 带锁髓内钉适用一些类型的胫骨骨折,优势明显.
目的 比較帶鎖髓內釘和鋼闆內固定手術治療脛骨骨摺的臨床療效.方法 迴顧性分析172例脛骨骨摺手術病例,按術式不同分為帶鎖髓內釘組(86例)和匹配鋼闆內固定組(86例),根據臨床觀察,結閤X線片,按Gohner-Wruh評分標準,對兩組療效及其併髮癥進行比較.結果 帶鎖髓內釘組骨痂齣現時間、愈閤時間顯著縮短,優良率顯著提高,軟組織感染、皮膚壞死、延遲愈閤、骨不連和畸形愈閤等併髮癥顯著降低.結論 帶鎖髓內釘適用一些類型的脛骨骨摺,優勢明顯.
목적 비교대쇄수내정화강판내고정수술치료경골골절적림상료효.방법 회고성분석172례경골골절수술병례,안술식불동분위대쇄수내정조(86례)화필배강판내고정조(86례),근거림상관찰,결합X선편,안Gohner-Wruh평분표준,대량조료효급기병발증진행비교.결과 대쇄수내정조골가출현시간、유합시간현저축단,우량솔현저제고,연조직감염、피부배사、연지유합、골불련화기형유합등병발증현저강저.결론 대쇄수내정괄용일사류형적경골골절,우세명현.
Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of intermedullary locking nails and internal fixation with steel plate on the tibial fracture and its experience. Methods One hundred and seventy-two cases of fractures of tibia treated with plate fixation and interlocking intramedullary nail respectively. Statistical analysis of time of callus formation, time of fracture union and complications were performed.Results Time of callus occurrence of the group of locked intramedullary nail and time of fracture concrescence shortened significantly, with lowest incidence rate of complicating diseased.Conclusions Intermedullary locking nail should be recommended to treated tibial fracture, for the advantages of easy reduction,minimal invasion and rapid recovery.
