The high-grade and low-alcohol liquor is obtained after decreasing the alcohol content.However, the process could result in milky white turbidity due to the gereration of higher fatty acid ethyl ester. The turbidity could be removed by carbon compounds specially used in liquor and obtained clear and transparent liquor, which also maintained the original flavor.
