采用等离子光谱法测定碳酸稀土、氯化稀土中氧化铕含量,系统考察了不同试样浓度、不同基体配分下共存元素对测定元素的影响,并进行了加料回收及精密度实验,结果稳定可靠,与ICP-MS的对照结果令人满意.测定范围0.01%~0.30%.
採用等離子光譜法測定碳痠稀土、氯化稀土中氧化銪含量,繫統攷察瞭不同試樣濃度、不同基體配分下共存元素對測定元素的影響,併進行瞭加料迴收及精密度實驗,結果穩定可靠,與ICP-MS的對照結果令人滿意.測定範圍0.01%~0.30%.

This paper uses ICP-AES methods to detect europium oxide in rare earth carbonate and rare earth chloride,the effect of coexisting impurity elements in different matrix and different matrix distribution on determining element was investigated systematically.Recovery ratio and precision experiments were carried out,the result is accurate in comparison with the ICP-MS method. Determining range is 0.01%~0.30%.
