目的 探讨八年制临床医学专业学生对全病程管理实习模式的适应情况.方法 自2007年6月到2008年10月,北京大学人民医院2002级、2003级2个年级共有63名医学生在创伤骨科进行临床实习,参与了全病程管理,随机抽取其中29名学生进行问卷调查,并对21名学生的书面出科小结进行了统计和分析.结果 100.0%的被调查学生基本完成了全病程管理和病例报道,52.4%的学生能够真正做到全病程管理;与传统实习模式相比,62.1%的学生认为全病程管理对提高医患沟通能力有所帮助,69.0%的学生认为全病程管理能够提高医学论文写作能力,90.4%的学生认同全病程管理的理念,71.4%的学生认为全病程管理实施细节有待改进,47.6%的学生认为全病程管理带教教师的指导有待提高.结论 全病程管理实习模式具有可行性,针对其实践过程中的问题需要进一步加以完善.

Objective To explore the degree of adaptation and the problems occurred to the 8-year medical education program interns on whole course management, as well as the solving strategies for the problems. Methods 29 interns were collected randomly in 63 8-year medical education program interns on whole course management in questionnaire survey as well as analysis of personal understanding of 21 interns about whole course management. Results 100. 0% of the investigated interns could basically finish whole course management,52.4% of the interns could really achieve the meaning of whole course management.Compared with traditional internship model, 62. 1% of the investigated interns considered whole course management could improve their communication with patients. 69.0% of the interns considered the whole course management improved their medical thesis writing skills. 90.4% of the interns agreed with the idea of whole course management, while 71.4% of the interns believed that the detailed implementation in practice should be improved and 47.6% of the interns indicated to strengthen the guidance of teachers. Conclusions Whole course management for interns is of feasibility. Concerning existing problems,more attention should be paid to the detailed implementation in practice.
