目的 探讨精子形态与常规体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的关系.方法 对96例进行IVF-ET男性患者的精液在密度梯度离心及上游处理前后分别检测精子密度、活动率、活动力及精子形态,其中精子形态用Diff-Quik染色后检测,以正常精子形态百分率<5%为A组,正常精子形态百分率≥5%且<10%的为B组,正常精子形态百分率≥10%为C组.分析各组间卵子受精率、卵裂率、胚胎利用率及妊娠率间的差异.结果 处理前后精子密度、活动率、活动力及精子形态均有显著性提高,而不同形态组间卵子受精率、卵裂率、胚胎利用率及妊娠率差异均无统计学意义.结论 密度梯度离心并上游处理后的精液密度、活力及正常形态精子百分率均有显著性提高,有效地保证了体外受精的进行,并且可以弥补男性患者精子形态畸形的不足.

Objective To investigate the relationship between sperm morphology and conventional in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods Semen samples of 96 male patients joining the IVF/ET program were collected for Percoll and upstream preparation. And the sperm density, activity rates, movement and sperm morphology were compared before and after preparation, in which sperm morphology was tested by stainning with Diff-Quik detection. According to the percentage of normal sperm morphology, the samples was divided into three groups: Group A was less than 5%,Group B greater than 5% less than 10% and greater than or equal to 10% for group C. Analysis of egg fertilization rate, cleavage rate, embryo utilization rate and pregnancy rate difference between them were done.Results The sperm density, activity rates, movement and sperm morphology were significantly increased after preparation, while egg fertilization rate, cleavage rate, embryo utilization rate and pregnancy rate failed to show significantly difference among the groups.Conclusions Percoll and upstream preparation improved the sperm density, activity and percentage of morphologically normal sperm, ensuring the process of in vitro fertilization effectively, and would make up for males with abnormal sperm morphology deficiency.
