To improve the law knowledge of the nurses of tumour section and supply a better service for the patient, this article illustrates the potential legal duty in the practice of nursing from 7 aspects: nursing documents, management of the use of medicine,medical rules and regulations,carry out the doctor's advice,the tortious matters,medical equipment,guid the nursing education. The article supplies the solution in order to guarantee the patient's health and maintain the nurses' rights.
