目的:探讨PTP-BAS基因在原发性肾细胞癌组织中的表达及其与临床各病理特征的关系.方法:利用Northern印迹技术检测31例肾细胞癌及其癌旁组织中PTP-BAS mRNA表达水平.结果:肾细胞癌组织的PTP-BAS mRNA表达明显弱于相应的癌旁组织(P<0.01),肾癌细胞系786-O细胞呈低表达;肾细胞癌的PTP-BAS mRNA表达与临床各病理特征无关.结论:PTP-BAS基因在肾细胞癌组织的表达降低,推测其可能是肾细胞癌的一个抑癌基因,且与肾细胞癌的发生发展有关.

Objective:To investigate the expression of the PTP-BAS gene in human primary renal cell carcinoma(RCC) and the relationship between its expression level and the pathologic features of the tumor.Methods:In 31 RCC samples,the expression of the PTP-BAS mRNA was detected by Northern blot.The correlations between the expression of the PTP-BAS mRNA and pathologic features were studied.Results:The expression of the PTP-BAS mRNA in the RCC was significantly weaker than that in the adjacent renal tissues(P<0.01).It was also found that there was a low expression of the PTP-BAS mRNA in the RCC cell strains 786-O and no significant correlation between the expression level and the various pathologic types of the tumor.Conclusion:PTP-BAS is supposed to play a role,as a suppressor gene,in the development and RCC progress.
