再生丝素蛋白具有良好的生物相容性,羟基磷灰石同时还具有成骨诱导性.通过将再生丝素蛋白制备形成丝素蛋白多孔材料,并在37℃下将其浸渍于模拟体液中可以制备再生丝素蛋白/羟基磷灰石多孔复合材料.扫描电镜研究发现在再生丝素蛋白多孔材料的孔隙中羟基磷灰石由针状晶体聚集而成,红外光谱和XRD等表征表明复合材料中羟基磷灰石以羰基取代的羟基磷灰石存在.制备的再生丝素蛋白/羟基磷灰石多孔材料有望作为骨组织修复材料使用.

Regenerated silk fibroin has good biocompatibility,and at the same time hydroxyapatite has good osteogenis.The regenerated silk fibroin/hydroxyapatite porous composite was prepared by immersing the regenerated silk fibroin porous materials into simulated body fluid(SBF)at 37℃.SEM observation indicated that hydroxyapatite in the holes of regenerated silk fibroin porous material was composited of acicular nano crystals.FT IR and XRD revealed that it Was carbonate-substituted hydroxyapatite.The regenerated silk fibroin/hydroxyapatite porous composite can be used for the repair and replacement of bone.
